Kids Day Camp!
NEW THIS YEAR: Day Camp for children of Spin for Kids riders! If you are participating in Spin for Kids, you can register your kids to participate in Day Camp at Camp Twin Lakes while you ride. Day Camp is available from 8:00am to 2:00pm for kids ages 3-12. Day Camp is $25 per child; however, Day Camp registration fees will be waived for any riders who meet the $100 fundraising minimum prior to race day! (Children must be potty trained.) Family Fun Day!
Friends and families are invited to experience the beautiful facilities at Camp Twin Lakes Rutledge throughout
the day of the ride. Follwoing the rides, join us for a post-ride celebration
featuring food and fun camp activities for everyone.! Please s scroll down for
detailed schedule. Children must be accompanied by an adult. If you are a rider
and plan on bringing family and friends to Camp during the day, please RSVP
no later than October 15 with the number of guests (not counting you).
Raffle Drawing
There will be a raffle drawing during Awards Ceremony at 2pm. Each registered
rider will receive one free raffle ticket at check-in. Additional raffle tickets
may be purchased for $5 each throughout the day in the gym. Here are some of the
great prizes we will be raffling off:

Make it a Weekend!
Drive up on Saturday and bring the whole family! Enjoy shopping in historic Madison and the Spooky Fall Festival in Rutledge on Saturday, October 24.
-We have set up a block of rooms at the Comfort Inn in Madison with a special rate of $55 for Saturday night, October 24th. If you would like to make a reservation, please call 706-342-0054 and be sure to tell them you are with Spin for Kids. Check-in is at 3pm.
-Hard Labor Creek State Park has campsites for $23 a night (up to 6 people per campsite).
-Also be sure to join us at Amici's Italian Cafe at 113 S Main St in Madison for our pre-ride dinner. Price will be $10/person. If you are interested in attending the dinner, please RSVP by October 15.
How Spin for Kids Helps
Camp Twin Lakes works in collaboration with its partnering camps to provide customized programs, medical care and services for each group of campers. Fees paid by the partnering camp organizations cover 30% of the total cost to send a child to camp. Camp Twin Lakes covers the remaining 70%, providing a 'campership' for each camper. The money that Spin for Kids riders raise goes directly to Camp Twin Lakes.
Spin for Kids also gives our Partners the opportunity to raise money by forming their own fundraising teams. Money raised by our Partners' teams will go toward their 30% fees to Camp Twin Lakes. |

Rides will begin and end at Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, Georgia, located 50 miles east of Atlanta. The courses will take riders through rural northeast Georgia and the historic towns of Madison, Social Circle, and Rutledge.
